499X CAPITAL distributes dividends every quarter.

These are real cash payments, transferred directly to your account in the first week of January, April, July, and October.

However, unlike traditional funds that smooth returns or pay fixed interest, our dividends intentionally reflect the underlying rhythm of the portfolio:

• A newly completed Dubai tower may deliver a large lump-sum rental pre-payment → higher dividend that quarter
• An off-plan project still under construction → temporarily lower cash flow
• A successful volatility trade or Bitcoin rally → extra payout
• A deliberate increase in the Swiss cash buffer during turbulent markets → slightly reduced distribution

This means some quarters can be 2–3× higher than others.

We make no attempt to “manufacture” stable quarterly numbers, because doing so would force us into low-yielding, euro-centric assets that defeat the entire purpose of 499X.
