The investor buys shares in a German GmbH
You become a direct shareholder of 499X Capital GmbH, a fully registered German limited liability company. This structure legally enables us to raise capital from up to 499 private (non-professional) investors and an unlimited number of professional investors – completely without BaFin supervision or prospectus requirement.
As a private investor you can join from €1,000. Professional and semi-professional investors start at €150,000.
The moment you express your interest, we will personally call you within 24 hours to answer all questions and confirm your eligibility. You then receive a short one-page form and your personalised German IBAN. As soon as your transfer arrives (usually the same day), we confirm receipt immediately, reserve your shares, and the notary registers you in the commercial register within 1–3 business days.
From that point forward you are a full co-owner of 499X Capital GmbH and participate directly in all portfolio returns, quarterly dividends, and the long-term growth of the fund. Simple, transparent, and 100 % German-law secure.

Issuing your share certificate & 499X card
As soon as your funds are received and confirmed, two things happen immediately:
1. Your official share certificate is issued and sent to you (digitally signed + original by post). This document proves your registered ownership in 499X Capital GmbH and is entered in the German commercial register.
2. Your personal 499X Card is produced and shipped to you within 5–7 business days.
This tamper-proof, encrypted card serves as your crisis-proof key to the entire 499X network. Should the international financial system falter – whether due to capital controls, banking restrictions, transfer blocks, or any other breakdown – you simply present the 499X Card together with your passport at any of our entities in Germany, Switzerland, Dubai, or South Africa and can instantly demand withdrawal of your capital, accrued dividends, or physical assets (gold/silver) proportional to your shareholding.
The 499X Card is designed for the exact scenarios we are built to withstand – when digital access might fail, your physical proof of ownership still works worldwide.

Transfer & investment process
As soon as your shares are registered, your capital is swiftly transferred to our fully owned international entities in the United States, Switzerland, Dubai, and South Africa.
Our investment management team – continuously monitoring geopolitical, macro, and technical signals – then allocates the funds across the target asset classes according to the current strategy.
Please expect a delay of a few days to several weeks before the positions fully appear in your personal 499X dashboard. This is deliberate and by design:
- In stocks and crypto we often wait for optimal entry levels instead of buying instantly at market price.
- In real estate we only deploy when the right high-conviction project (yield, location, developer, pricing) becomes available – sometimes immediately, sometimes after patient negotiation.
This disciplined, opportunistic approach is what separates 499X from traditional funds that must remain fully invested at all times. Your money is never forced into mediocre opportunities just to “look busy” – it is deployed only when the risk/reward is decisively in our favour.
You will receive real-time confirmations the moment each allocation is executed. Patience at entry is the price of superior long-term returns and genuine crisis resilience.
Dividends schedule

Collection of dividends
Every three months – in the first week of January, April, July, and October – you receive your dividend directly to the bank account you have registered with us.
These dividends are real cash flows and therefore naturally fluctuate:
- Steady rental income from Dubai & South African properties provides the stable base
- Trading profits, crypto appreciation, gold sales, or one-time real-estate payouts arrive irregularly and can significantly boost certain quarters.
You decide in advance (and can change at any time) whether each dividend is:
- Paid out immediately to your personal account, or
- Automatically reinvested to compound your position and increase your share of the GmbH
Most long-term members choose reinvestment during the growth phase and switch to payout as they approach their personal financial independence target.
Whichever you choose, you will always receive a clear quarterly statement showing exactly where the money came from and how it was calculated. Transparent, predictable timing – variable size by design, because real assets don’t pay like clockwork. They pay when they actually generate cash.
