Complaints Procedure – 499X Capital GmbH

We take every concern seriously.

  1. Please send your complaint in writing to: info@499x.capital or by post to: 499X Capital GmbH Complaints Officer Neuer Wall 80, 20354 Hamburg
  2. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 business days.
  3. We will investigate and provide a detailed written response within 14 business days (or inform you if more time is required, maximum 8 weeks).
  4. If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may contact the competent ombudsman or supervisory authority.

There is no charge for filing a complaint.
